Changing your profile information

With TextNow, you can edit or change your profile on your account anytime, through the app or right online here on your Account page! 

In the TextNow app:

1. Open your TextNow app and sign in to your account.
2. Open the Menu.
3. From the menu, select Settings.
4. Click on Account.
5. Select any of the information fields to edit the contents.

On TextNow.com:

1. Click on My Account in the top right-hand corner.
2. From the menu, select Settings.
3. Click on Personal Info.

From there, you can change your first and last name on your account, as well as your email address. You can also resend an email verification to verify your email address with TextNow if you have not already.
