If you are a private attorney, private investigation agency, or private citizen seeking user data you must submit a valid legal order, such as a subpoena, to lawenforcement@textnow.com.
The order must be addressed to:

Your request must include a valid TextNow phone number and/or email address and specifically list the data and time period of data you wish to obtain. Be as specific as possible with the time period to ensure you obtain data only associated with the target of your investigation.
Unless TextNow is in receipt of a valid non-disclosure order, we will notify the subscribers that we have received a request to obtain their data and allow them 7 days to object to disclosing their data in court.
It is important to note that TextNow can only disclose data electronically.
