Basic Caller ID
All TextNow users will have access to our basic Caller ID feature that displays the phone number, and location if available, for any incoming or outgoing calls.
Upgraded Caller ID
If the number of an incoming call is registered with a person's name or business, Ad Free+ subscribers will be able to see that information on the call screen as well.
Calls from your Contacts
If you have added a number to your phone's contacts, incoming calls from that number will show the name you've entered for that contact. If your contacts' names do not show up when you receive a call from them, you might need to give the TextNow app permission to access your Contacts.
