What do I do if the coverage map in my area shows mostly 'No coverage'?
If the coverage map indicates that you live in a no-coverage area, we recommend that you keep using our free Nationwide Talk & Text service over WiFi instead of purchasing a SIM card or a data add-on. This is because we can't guarantee that you'll have the necessary service
What is 'Partner' coverage?'
When you see 'Partner' coverage on the map, that means that there is service in that area provided by another network that we partner with, so you should be able to text and call but we can't guarantee what the coverage strength will because it may vary depending on the network.
Can I use TextNow in a different country?
You can use your TextNow service anywhere in the United States and Canada that shows available coverage on the map! Unfortunately, we currently do not support use outside of North America even over WiFi, with or without a SIM card.
