TextNow is currently only available to be downloaded and used within the United States and Canada. If you are outside of North America, you will not be able to register for an account through the app or on our website.
Within North America, as long as you have a data connection or access to WiFi, you can download the TextNow app on Android or iOS and get a free number to call and text any other North American numbers for free. If you want to call a local number outside of the United States and Canada you will need to buy International Long Distance credits, which you can learn how to do in this article.
