You can see any In App Purchases you’ve made on your TextNow account by viewing your purchase history. To see all of your past purchases and subscriptions, sign into your account and follow these steps:
On Android:
- Open the TextNow app and click on the 3 lines in the top left corner to access the menu
- Click Settings
- Select In App Purchases
On iOS:
- Open the TextNow app and click on the 3 lines in the top left corner to access the menu
- Click Settings
- Under In App Purchases select Purchase History
What if I don't see my purchase here?
This feature shows all purchases that were made on the account you're currently signed in to. Note that when you purchase a recurring subscription, only the initial charge will be recorded in the purchase history, it will not reflect the costs incurred at each interval that the subscription renews.
If you’ve previously made a purchase that you don’t see listed in your history, double-check your purchases and subscriptions in the app store (The Google Play Store for Android users, or the App Store for iOS users).
If the store shows that you’ve made a purchase that you don’t see in your purchase history within the TextNow app, it’s likely that the In App Purchase was made on another account. Try logging in to any other accounts that you or other users of the device may have created and checking the purchase history to see if you can locate where the purchase was made.
Help! My data subscription isn't showing up!
The purchase history feature will only display charges for premium subscriptions (Ad Free+, Ad Free Lite, and Lock In Number) and International Long Distance credits.
